CVEMSA is announcing a 60-day public comment period for the following policy guidelines:

• Administrative Policy Manual (PDF)
• Summary of Changes (PDF)

Please note: Some policies have not previously been published electronically and should be reviewed as "new" policies.

Public comment for Administrative policies will be open through March 5, 2026.

Please submit all public comment on the Public Comment form linked here: Public Comment Form. Please submit a separate form for each Draft Policy.
